I've just been offered a record contract, It comes from a dreadful record studio. They offered me 60% of the Royalties and free use of our studio, is it worth it? what should I look for in a record contract?

60%/100% is pretty standard for a first time contract. don't worry much about the genre strength, as long as the locale is perfect quality or better, you should be good
