So what can i do so that it goes away?

Set yourself to rest, and don't interact. It will pass away in a few days.

A doc can help with a cure or herbal remedy. Take a look at doctors list in English General Forum or join forum of town you're in and ask for help there.

Don't interact with anyone unless you want to make them sick too.. Staying home and resting is good.. Keep the doors open to ease doc's work ; )

I appreciate your advice, but it seems to me that a doctor can cure me faster, am i right?

Downside. If you let a doctor heal you, you wont recover your health. If it naturally goes away, you get a small boost again, to get you back to a better level than taking medicine.

Herbal remedies will help you to get rid of the illness faster, and you'll get the health rise Clayton mentioned. I always prefer them myself.
