The White Stripes i don't know what i would do if it wasn't for outkast and the white stripes. in fact, if it wasn't for jack white i think i might have quit guitar a long time ago. after seeing a live dvd bootleg in 2002 i was inspired. that dude can rock a guitar

| Meh, try finding the song Jordan from Buckethead, featured in Guitar hero 2.
That guitar solo is one nasty bit of art. Its amazing. And of course Herman Li from Dragonforce. Amazing solos.

| Oooh, I have something else I want to share with the people who like rock/metal etc. This Swedish band called Machinae Supremacy have this Nintendo-Metal style thing going on. The vocals are rather weird, but you get used to it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmkjOAuVRpgTheres a vid with one of the best songs in it. http://www.machinaesupremacy.com/webography.htmlAlso, they have a lot of their stuff online. Try listening to songs like Masquerade, Winterstorm and Escaping The Krut from there. Its quite different from what you usually hear | |

| I'm so bad with these kinda topics, I'm always afraid I forget something. Lately I'm listening to Senses Fail, The Used, The Sounds, Turbonegro, Manowar, Atreyu, Underoath, but that's absolutely no reason to state what kind of music I listen to. All time favorites are the Bloodhound Gang, Placebo, Manowar, Turbonegro, Slayer, followed by maaaaaaaaaany many many many bands. scrolling through my mp3 player and top bands there: Angerfist, Avril Lavigne, Beasty Boys, Billy Talent, Bon Jovi, Cradle of Filth, Cryptopsy, Dead Kennedy, Dev/Null, the Exploited, Faithless, Finch, Gamma Ray, Gravy Train, Gride, Guano Apes, Hole (and then the battery died...) All alphabetical, no other order. Ok, genres then Metal, Punk (the really loud stuff, poppunk doesn't do it for me), Classic Rock (love the Stones, but also Deep Purple, Europe, Maiden), some pop, and I'm a big fan of electronica music like Hardcore, Breakcore, GOA, dance etc etc. I'm a big fan of soundtracks as well, for some reason.. | |
