Question:
If i wanted to become a permanent resident in another town does my mother come with me or do i need to get an apartment???

You'll need an apartment. (edit: meant his mother's home won't move to the town he'll change his residency)

It may be sad to hear that but your mom will leave you and your home when you finish her requests : /

I would suggest you always leave your mother's apartment anyway. Never quit that one. It's free and makes sure you dont have to go to a hotel.

Permanent residency can be changed, and you dont even have to have an apartment there :)

The thing with permanent residency has to do with the taxes you pay (artist tax mostly).
