Inspirational Seed

What is the situations about this.

Before:
I started writing a song,set my Spare Time Mission: Party all night. Went to a Club,and stayed there all the time.After 2 regular updates like this one:
"Spent some time working on my music." and
"Had a good night partying. Spent 164 €" .
Then after 2 updates the sentence changed into something like this:
"Spent some time working on my music." and
"Had a good night partying Spent 164 €,but didn't get any inspirational seed"
And then you'd received a seed, not all the time.

Now:
I started writing a song, set my Spare Time Mission: Party all night.Went to a Club,and stayed there all the time.
And I keep getting the regular sentences. So not like before, is inspirational seed after partying disabled or did they just changed the sentences. I have a feeling that it is disabled, because it think I tried before a few times and didn't get anything.

Not sure. I havent gotten seeds in ages

I feel inspired. I should seize this opportunity to write some good lyrics.

Lol I got one. Never mind this topic then. Weird, maybe it has something to do with the money you spend while partying. I did increase that. What is the chance that I get another one for this song ?

Well, I don't think the money you have on has something to do with it. Seeds have always been known for being totally random. Someone can party/busk for 6 months and get nothing, while someone might get a seed after 3 updates.
So, don't panic
